Food for thought...
Warning: not super insightful, mostly rambling. However necessary. I would consider myself a chubby-ish person. As probably many other 20 year olds, I am trying to lose some weight, and making a large effort in doing so. My current method is calorie counting, which is in essence what all diet plans do. It has come to my realization how difficult it is for a person to do this when dining out....
